Les petits déjeuners sont bons, l’ambiance est calme avec un beau jardin et une terrasse. On sent qu’on est dans un hostel de qualité."

"Cet hostel a été une superbe découverte. Le personnel est incroyablement sympa et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’accueil vraiment chaleureux. La terrasse avec vue sur le volcan est juste magique, c’est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, on se sent vraiment à l’aise. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, c’est un vrai havre de paix !"

"J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet hostel. Le staff est super sympa, toujours souriant et prêt à aider . La terrasse avec vue sur le volcan est tout simplement incroyable, parfaite pour prendre un café le matin. Localisation idéale, proche du marché municipal. Les lieux sont très propres, bien entretenus et agréables à vivre. Je recommande sans hésiter !"

"Comfy beds and proper hostel amenities (light, charging port by bed, shelf) and a proper sized locker. Really good (and free!!) breakfast. Near the central market so good for food shopping. And a lovely terrace to hang out on. Would really recommend staying at Bloom!"

"The location wasn’t central but about a 5–10 minute walk from the center, which wasn’t a big issue. However, as a woman new to the city, it did feel slightly uncomfortable at times. In my opinion, the hostel was a bit overpriced, even though it was clean and pleasant. I arrived on the first night and wasn’t really given an explanation of the layout or facilities - just shown my bed. The hot water pressure in the shower was extremely weak (which I later realized is common in many hostels in Guatemala, but it still caught me by surprise). On my first morning, I asked for a recommendation on where to get a SIM card, and unfortunately it turned out to be a very poor recommendation: I was overcharged and the SIM didn’t work (tip: go directly to the Claro store in the main square)."
