Maisons d'hôtes au Pakistan

"Un petit lieu hors du temps : au coeur du village, donnant sur les collines, un îlot de petites maisons dans un style typique, avec différents lieux de repos et de détente, du hamac au fauteuil dans une gigantesque souche d'arbre. Le feu le soir, quand le soleil se couche sur l'Afrique, le chant des oiseaux le matin. Et le personnel qui se met en quatre pour aider et fait même du bonus. P.s. il y a même un petit bar (certes un peu glauque) accolé a l'hôtel pour faire un stock. Ah une belle bière fraîche avec les flammes qui crépitent..."

Peu de choses : peut être la salle pour le dîner (dîner possible sur place et excellent), un peu glauque. Mais nous étions aussi les seuls ce qui augmente l'aspect vide et fermé. Le confort spartiate, mais ça on est prévenus (pas d'eau chaude, douche avec seau et toilettes sèches) donc pas vraiment négatif, juste un rappel Idem : le chemin pour accéder à l'hôtel mérite un bon SUV. C'est bien de le rappeler.

The staff even went out to buy takeaway food for me when I requested it, which I really appreciated. I do wish they had WiFi, but I understand they may be keeping their costs down. However, I was given a pre-loaded SIM card to make calls to my family, which was a thoughtful gesture."

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

Bagno molto piccolo. Se si arriva a tarda serata non mi pare ci siano ristoranti dove mangiare (c'è una fast food a 600m ma forse facilmente raggiungibile poichè il vialone delle bancarelle (dove c'è il locale) è chiuso.

"Cozy little town, quiet and pitoresk. Gasthaus Emmi is located central in the town, but still has a beautiful location with an open field behind. Great garden with swimmingpool, playground for kids, rabbits and hens. Breakfast very good, local products and fresh eggs. Clean rooms."

"L'emplacement de Font Hostel by Nexta est idéal, au pied du télécabine pour la station de Pal Arinsal....très belles pistes, bien exposées. Il y a une cuisine, petit salon et possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner à 9 euros. Les chambres sont rénovées, spacieuses et propres. Bonne literie et bonne insonorisation. Pour notre part, nous avons pris petits déjeuners et dîner au bar restaurant, au pied de l'hôtel. C'était varié, délicieux, saveurs originales et une super ambiance. Tous les jeunes s'y arrêtent au retour du ski.tres bon rapport qualité prix."

Le parking a 300 m quand on veut changer de station.

"The personal attention of the wonderful owner stood out for us. He went out of his way to collect us from the ferry and take us to the airport the next day. He provided us with a fabulous breakfast too - the best we’ve had over our whole trip. We loved meeting him and talking to him."

Le studio était très propre (malgré la surprise des toilettes qui utilisent l'eau de mer (eau brunâtre)). Self-check-in rapide, hôte réactive et sympathique. Malgré tout un peu cher pour la taille de l'habitation et la prestation (certainement dû au fait que Gibraltar soit plus cher ? Pas si sûr car les restaurants sont abordables, ainsi que les bars...).

"Perfect location for the event we were attending Easy access to everything we needed. The house was gorgeous, great floor plan, very comfortable, toys were great for our toddler. Loved the little outdoor seating areas!!"

"Tout ! Très belle guesthouse tenue par Shodmon et sa famille. L'endroit est très agréable et paisible avec un jardin très bien entretenu, des endroits couverts pour se poser, lire ou manger. La guesthouse est située en montagne, il n'y a pas de restaurants ou de supermarché à proximité. Les repas sont donc proposés, et préparés par la maman de Shodmon et sa belle soeur, Gulandom. Excellente cuisine, tous les produits sont frais, beaucoup de légumes et de fruits provenant de leurs jardins. J'ai mangé les meilleures salades ! Activités possibles via la guesthouse (cheval, guide rando) ou possibilité de faire les randonnées seules également. L'endroit est un bon point de départ. Je remercie chaleureusement Shodmon et sa famille pour leur accueil et leur compagnie tout le long de mon séjour (3 nuits), une mention spéciale aux enfants (Rano, Baxtiyor et Azizbek) avec qui j'ai passé une belle après-midi à leur côté. Je recommande sans hésiter."

Peut-être ajouter une petite table ou étagère dans la chambre !
