"I really liked the staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. I also liked the location, some of the best bars and restaurants are nearby. What you need to consider is the fact that the hotel is located on the hill, so you’ll need to go up to get there. Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, our room had a lot of nice stuff, like free snacks, Alexa speaker etc. The bed was comfortable, the room has a desk (which was really important coz I had to work). Overall, the hotel was very good."

"This has been probably the worst room we have ever stayed at in our over 200 cities visited. That being said, it was great. We knew exactly what to expect and we felt it was part of the experience. The room is old, with worn out walls, and very very small. The bed and table were probably made to measure due to lack of space. You will have little to none space for your luggage, and the toilet is even smaller (the water had a wonderful pressure tho, kudos). The staff were the most wonderful, funniest and polite people we met in HK. As we said, this is the product, the price is fair, and as long as you know what you are booking, you might have a wonderful experience as we did."
