Le manque de propreté dans la cuisine, le pommeau de douche qui fuiyait... etc. Un manque global de réparations, il suffirait de peu d'entretiens et de réparations pour que le logement soit bien plus confortable (ampoule à changer, maintien miroir à remettre, pommeaux de douche qui fuit, fond de toilette encrassé, il suffirait juste d'un nettoyant toilette qui évite cela, charnières de l'armoire à resserrer, porte prête à tomber, congel un grand nettoyage...) Message bienveillant pour la suite des futurs locataires

The only thing that slightly annoyed me on arrival was that there wasn’t an electrical socket right next to the bed, even though it did say that on the booking site. But that’s a small thing.

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a 3/4 chambres avec un salon et une cuisine en commun. Petit déj prévu le matin. Le wifi marche, clim aussi, pas de coupure d'eau ou d'électricité. Quelques petites supérettes à côté de la maison et la plage (quoique sale) est à 500m."

Le quartier n'est pas à proximité du centre ville, mais avec des taxis qui passent de temps en temps on peut y être en 15 mins. Le quartier n'est pas très bien illuminé la nuit

"L'hôtesse des lieux est une personne très généreuse, des déjeuner copieux, jus frais et un très bon café! L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, un grand espace de stationnement, bien protéger et surtout très propres. Nous étions dans une chambre hors de la maison principale et nous étions très bien, à retourner, lit confortable, douche avec eau chaude et beaucoup de pression. Loin de tout, mais pour des nuits avec sommeil un endroit idéal avant un départ pour l'aéroport de Quito."

"One of the best places we have ever stayed; we really did not want to leave. Super high quality apartment and very comfortable. Well equipped for a holiday stay (but no oven). Lovely views across the mountains and also down to the lake. Easy walk down to the lake with a nice hotel/restaurant and even a small supermarket at the bottom of the road. About another 20 minutes into the town itself, along the footpath. So great location; peaceful and quiet without the Bled town crowds and traffic."

The hot water system will drive you mad - if, like us, you were brought up not to waste water! And bring your own shower gel etc.

Not really any downside about the accommodation. A car is needed as you cant really walk from there into town, but there is on-site parking and taxi services.

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

Als ik persé iets zou moeten noemen, is het het ontbreken van een kraan en wasbak in het keukenblok. Creatief met afwassen, door vullen van de aanwezige teil met de waterkoker, die je in de badkamer met een kommetje moet vullen, omdat hij niet onder de kraan past 😁 Maar goed, ik vond het zelf gewoon prima zo.

We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

"Endroit très mignon, un accueil très chaleureux, convivial et souriant. On nous a offert plusieurs fois du thé et un petit raccourci mène à la plage. Des lits un peu mous et des draps tout doux. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres ! A côté de la réserve naturelle de Kobuleti en cours d'aménagement, ça vaut le détour."

Pas facile à trouver au vu du système de numérotation des rues du pays, mais une fois qu'on a compris c'est OK ! ^^
