"She is one of the sweetest persons I ever met in Bhutan. The room was neat and clean and it was a very nice homestay. She took care of me and my friends so well. If you qre in Punakha, I would recommend to take her homestay rather than going to any hotel"

Nothing. She was superb. The stay was in a remote location. But if you have a car, it is still accessible

For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

"Fantastic, amazing,clean beautiful cosy place. Very friendly and felpful owner, he brought us butter, as I forgot and also tea. He helped me about what to see in the area. Very very cosy,home atmosphere. I am so so happy to choose this accomodation and I highly recommend it to everyone. At 10.00 pm there is silence. Parking next to house. Everything is very close."

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

Le logement est situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus, d'une épicerie et on peut rejoindre assez vite quelques belles plages en voiture ou en bus. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. C'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter Mahé car assez central."

Nécessite un moyen de transport pour accéder aux plages, en contrepartie la vue sur la baie est très belle.

Phonephet et sa famille vont vous accueillir dans leur quotidien, la proximité avec les enfants. La proximité avec le village. Les balades en vélo, la pêche, la balade en bateau. La vie sur une ile est plus lente, tout les moments sont plus puissants. Pour réellement profiter de votre séjour, il faut rester au grand minimum une semaine. J’y suis resté 1 mois. Mon temps que j’ai donné à cette famille, à cette île, à ce village à été récompensé par de nombreuses rencontres de nombreux moments de vie. J’espère sincèrement pouvoir revenir et continuer à aider et à échanger avec Phonephet et sa famille ! Oubliez les 4000 îles, Don Nongloy est le vrai laos. Vous voulez éviter les touristes et vivre une expérience authentique c’est ici!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, and everything was clearly very well cared for. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, yet the location was excellent and very convenient. The room layout was very practical and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The internet was extremely fast and reliable. The bathroom was a real highlight — a fantastic shower with both a rain shower and a movable shower head, and the water pressure was excellent. The host was friendly, attentive, and very responsive to any questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place."

There were 2 ladies at the reception - one of them was exceptionally kind, the other one was passive aggressive and rude (I only talked to her on the phone).

À mon arrivée, malgré un vol avec deux heures de retard, le monsieur m’a attendu jusqu’à presque minuit et était très réactif sur WhatsApp, avec un anglais parfait. À mon arrivée, il m’a montré toutes les pièces et m’a accueilli chaleureusement. Le lendemain, j’ai rencontré son épouse qui a procédé au checkout et qui m’a donné de super conseils sur les visites à faire dans la région. Honnêtement, je recommande totalement cette adresse : le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, tout est moderne, propre, avec une grande cuisine et même une machine à laver. C’est vraiment une super trouvaille pour un séjour dans la région !"

"L’appartement est à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre mais à côté du cimetière qui vaut le détour ! Les chambres et espaces communs sont spacieux, la terrasse est superbe, il y a des serviettes. Jorge est super sympa et arrangeant, il propose également un service de laverie (payant)."

La literie était peu confortable, la cuisine équipée au minimum et le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas.

"My bedroom was in the basement, it was dark, and there was a cold air-con unit in the ceiling which i could not adjust. The lamp at the bedside was broken. Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."

Found the bedroom and entrance room dark and in the basement. It did not look at all like the photos.
