"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

La salle de bain pas très pratique (la douche et les toilettes sont au même endroit donc si on veut aller aux toilettes après que quelqu'un ait pris sa douche, le sol est mouillé - mais le personnel nous a gentiment mis a disposition une serpillière) et le bruit du club en face

Prestations pas du tout à la hauteur du prix d’une suite. On vous monte pas les bagages, pas assez de places de parking devant l’hôtel pour tous client. L’abattant des toilettes abîmé, Pas de café ou thé en chambre, un mini bar pauvrement rempli, pas de climatisation, même les fenêtres ouvertes, impossible de dormir correctement, pas de piscine, pas de hamman, pas de services particuliers.

l'ameublemenen correcte mais sans plus en terme de finitions, l'éclairage laissant à désirer, les fenêtres très sales, l'insonorisation tout juste correcte. Pas de verrou à la porte, autre qu'électrique et par carte.

La douche n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Attention, les portes de chambre ne se ferment pas de l'intérieur car elles sont censées ne pas pouvoir s'ouvrir sans clé depuis l'extérieur mais, pour notre chambre, elle s'ouvrait tout de même.

- Le bruit / musique le we. Les chambres sont à proximité du bar - le petit dej: mettre le lait ou l eau chaude dans un Thermos au lieu de le servir à même la tasse. Ça refroidit vite - le jacuzzi devrait être entretenu et nettoyé régulièrement

"האתר נמצא בכפר מסעדה, מאתר רואים את גר חרמון. (לצערנו היה סגור) הבקתה הייתה נקייה ויבשה, מיטה זוגית עם ג'קוזי בחדר, ספה נפתחת, אינטרנט, טלוויזיה, מיקרו, מזגן בכל חדר. כל הבקתות אותו דבר עם גלריה למעלה עם 2 מיטות. הבן אהב לשון שם. מגבות החליפו כל יום. בריכה מקורה ומחוממת וסאונה. שחינו כשבחוץ היה +3 מעלות מטבח כללי גדול עם אפשרות לעשות מנגל גם בפנים וגם בחוץ מול נוף המדהים, כמו כן יש גז, אפשר להכין אוכל. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ונעים, ממש דאג לכל דבר מה שהיינו צריכים. אפשר לקבל ארוחות בוקר בתשלום. עזבנו את המקום עם חוויות טובות. נחזור."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"The beds were comfortable and if you found the private bathroom the shower there was the best I have ever had anywhere. Good pressure and hot water. The location is great because it is close to the shops. They have a restaurant there and while the prices are a bit steep the food was quite good."

The place is a hotel in the process of renovation. It is a little old and had seen grander days. Our rooms while having clean beds saw windows that had cobwebs on them and flaky paint. The kitchen is communal and there was just one mug for all. The dish rags were used and dirty. There is a huge clock tower which is a feature of the town and it chimes all through the night. So if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room off the road. The bar staff in the hotel were excellent but there was a dispute with the owner who had posted different information on Booking.com from the room we received. We wanted two separate beds and were initially given one. After additional money was paid we got one room with two beds.
