"j’ai pu profiter d’un départ tardif de ma chambre sans supplément. mon vol était en fin d’après-midi. le personnel est très professionnel et très accueillant. le restaurant est très bon. l’hôtel est design et j’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre."

je n’y suis resté que 24 heures et rien ne m’a déplus.

A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Petit déjeuner, calme de la chambre, grandeur, équipement, salle de bain, lit, accueil, tout parfait, parlent Français, souriants et un restaurant fantastique. À refaire sans une hésitation. Il y a une piscine pour les enfants et les adultes. Vous pouvez passer plusieurs jours là bas sans problème. Les hôteliers Français devraient faire un stage là bas."

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"We loved the private more exclusive feel of this smaller luxury property. It was a bonus that it was away from the busy 7-mile area."

Taxi costs are high in Cayman so best to rent a car if in this location.

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

(לצערנו היה סגור) הבקתה הייתה נקייה ויבשה, מיטה זוגית עם ג'קוזי בחדר, ספה נפתחת, אינטרנט, טלוויזיה, מיקרו, מזגן בכל חדר. כל הבקתות אותו דבר עם גלריה למעלה עם 2 מיטות. הבן אהב לשון שם. מגבות החליפו כל יום. בריכה מקורה ומחוממת וסאונה. שחינו כשבחוץ היה +3 מעלות מטבח כללי גדול עם אפשרות לעשות מנגל גם בפנים וגם בחוץ מול נוף המדהים, כמו כן יש גז, אפשר להכין אוכל. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ונעים, ממש דאג לכל דבר מה שהיינו צריכים. אפשר לקבל ארוחות בוקר בתשלום. עזבנו את המקום עם חוויות טובות. נחזור."

"Un hôtel assez simple en fait , bien situé près du centre de Volcan ( la proximité avec la route ne doit pas effrayer : celle-ci est très calme la nuit !). Bon accueil. Restaurant correct."

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple.

J'ai eu des problèmes avec la connexion Internet. J'ai dû utiliser mes données pour regarder un film... La poignée de la porte de la chambre ne pouvait pas se verrouiller adéquatement!

Prestations pas du tout à la hauteur du prix d’une suite. On vous monte pas les bagages, pas assez de places de parking devant l’hôtel pour tous client. L’abattant des toilettes abîmé, Pas de café ou thé en chambre, un mini bar pauvrement rempli, pas de climatisation, même les fenêtres ouvertes, impossible de dormir correctement, pas de piscine, pas de hamman, pas de services particuliers.
