"Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le gérant a pris la peine de nous faire faire le tour de l'établissement, et nous a même offert une boisson rafraîchissante à notre arrivée. C'était très très appréciable, au vu de la grande chaleur du mois d'août. La piscine est très agréable et les chambres sont climatisées. La présence d'une kitchenette dans le logement est un plus pour les familles. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la plage. À peine 5' à pied, et il y a deux restaurants et un glacier en bas de la rue. Pour cela, le gérant a été de très bon conseil."

"Il faut payer en liquide (à prévoir). Je regrette aussi que le rappel des consignes de baignade à nos enfants ait été fait d'une façon que nous avons pu trouver quelque peu "violente". Nous n'avions pas vu les panneaux fixés en hauteur, et nous aurions simplement apprécié que le gérant nous avertisse avec courtoisie que les enfants n'avaient pas le droit de sauter dans l'eau, plutôt que de leur crier dessus."

"Very smooth check-in process, friendly greeting by the host Tomi with a tour of the villa and amazing recommendations of what to do around the island and beyond. Many places to try amazing Croatian food right next to the property. Plenty of beaches around the island and amazing hiking opportunities. Our favourites were the Tatinje and Labadusa beaches, also some more natural ones on the other side of the Island east of Slatine. Trogir was nice to visit for even more things to do, only a 20 minute boat right away for 5€. Highly recommended to stay here for your Croatian get-away!"

"Our room was on the first floor so not much of a view, but the rooftop terrace with seating and tables more than made up for it. Also the pool area is nice to lounge around."

"The accommodation is very close to Copacabana beach, the hosts are kind and willing to help you. I also used one of the washing machines. The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with everything you need. We liked the location of the accommodation the most, you had the beach 2 steps away, we went by boat-taxi to the old town of Trogir and then by another boat to Split.There are free parking spaces in front of the villa, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are nearby."

"Fantastic location, close to the marina at Okrug Gornji and the Copacabana beach. The host, Tommy, was so helpful and available to answer questions, even dropped us at a different beach one day. We felt very safe and comfortable at Kruna Grada. I'm a single mum travelling with my 2 children - feeling safe is very important to me. The apartment had powerful air-conditioning which was very necessary as the temperature was pushing 40 degrees, and a powerful shower. Extra towels and toilet rolls available to help yourself to, and free use of washing machine, which was very useful. The property was spotless inside and outside. The property is a easy taxi ride from Split airport (around 15-20mins). Guests should note that there is a street of the same name in Trogir. This property is not in Trogir itself, but across the causeway on the island of Çiovo, in Okrug Gornji. Put the postcode into Uber when getting a cab from the airport to avoid making my mistake!"

"For me, the pillows were too soft and not supportive. The pillows that were provided were fresh and clean, this is just my personal preference. Not a problem for us, but guests should be aware that the property is up a short but steep hill. Guests with mobility problems may struggle. I've included photos of the view from the property down to the marina."

"The woman (Sunita) from Nepal gave the best service possible and we very needed that after a nightmare of a place we stayed in just a few days prior in Trebinje."

"Tomi was such a gracious host. He was super helpful and kind. He made the best dinner recommendations and even drove us to the marina to catch our boat. He carried our luggage and had the air conditioning in the room on when we arrived. He even set up an extra bed so we didn't have to share. Villa Gruna Grada is truly the Crown of the City. It's SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. We wish we had planned a longer stay."
