"Sri was amazing. So kind. Staff were all great. A team of 5 people come for housekeeping and make quick work. Comfortable place and good vibe. Communication was perfect. To the mums-Pepito supermarket 3.5km south of the villa stocks your fresh Milk."

"We found it hard to get deliveries. Drivers from Grab and Gojek must have found it an inconvenience. Taxis, however, were not an issue. Watch out for dogs on the street after sunset, north bound. There wasn't anything we didn't like about the property."

"We stayed at Rouge Loft Mango for 8 days, and it was a pleasure. The villa is ultra-luxurious and incredibly clean, with daily housekeeping keeping everything spotless. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids and perfect for us to relax by. The kitchen is decent, but we didn’t use it much because there are so many amazing restaurants nearby. The lounge area has comfy seats, making it a great spot to unwind. Kadek and SRI Helene were wonderful hosts, always ready to help us out. They were so friendly and approachable, and we could reach them anytime by phone or WhatsApp. Their warmth made our stay even more special – they really do love a good hug! There’s really nothing negative to say about this villa. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

"The villa is an excellent choice for a family stay. Its modern design, particularly the master bedroom, is impressive. Each room is equipped with speakers, adding a cool touch. The availability of coffee capsules made our stay perfect. Ibu Sri and her team provided outstanding service."

"There are numerous caterpillars in the outdoor area, likely fallen from the trees, with some even ending up in the pool. This made me reconsider swimming there, and need more light at the outdoor space , the staff said that there might be an error with the automatic lamp at the gate area"

"Rouge Loft Mango is located on a quiet residential street out of the main area of Ubud which was pleasant to return to after the craziness of Ubud central. The couches were very comfortable, the pool great to swim in and interior design very attractive, showcasing interesting art and craft. The property is serviced daily by friendly staff and fortunately there is a laundry down the road as there is no access to the laundry at the property."

"We felt it was located a little too far away from any services so a taxi was definitely necessary to get into Ubud itself, walking having proven to take well over an hour and on some pretty tricky roads. Fortunately we were able to get some supplies by calling into a supermarket after a day trip north. The master bedroom is huge and well appointed but at the cost of the second bedroom where there is a severe lack of storage space for cases and belongings for guests using that room. The exterior walls could certainly do with a wash to showcase the property to its full advantage."

"The most beautifull place and we loved the design. Just outside Ubud but just a small walk from 5 star dining or local warung to take food to the house. The staff was 5 star slways helpfull we cannot revommend this villa enough."

"I love the interior design, nicely decorated with Balinese crafts and modern art by local artists. Good lighting design. Very tasteful. I wanted to buy everything that was on display. Very spacious for our family of four. My sons really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is well equipped/ The bed very comfortable. We slept very well. Loved the rain showers, bath tub, outdoor shower."
