"Excellent petit-déjeuner à l'israélienne; grand choix de produits, tous frais et goûteux. L'accueil est un peu laborieux. La dame préposée à la réception des clients pour le petit-déjeuner se ballade plus dans la salle à bavarder avec les serveurs qu'elle ne reste derrière son desk... Il faut aussi un peu insister pour être servi, mais une fois qu'on a "chopé" quelqu'un, ça va."

"Le personnel n'est pas vraiment formé aux standards européens d'un hôtel possédant 4,5 étoiles. A l'accueil, pas un sourire. La préposée s'entretient tranquillement au téléphone et le client a l'impression d'être transparent. Je ne me suis pas privée d'en faire la remarque gentiment, ce qui a produit une réponse positive. Idem, pour atteindre la réception par le téléphone intérieur. Il n'y a apparemment qu'une ligne pour les appels venant de l'extérieur et ceux des clients. Résultat: il faut parfois descendre pour demander de l'aide, notamment (dans mon cas) pour qu'on me montre le maniement de la TV. En définitive, très peu de chaînes en français et, à l'exception des chaînes en ivrith et en russe, il n'y a que des chaînes d'information (pas Arte non plus)"

"The peacefulness, the comfort, the design - a resort in the urban area of Israel. We spent just one night, and came out refreshed and recharged. The staff was very responsive and helpful, breakfast was amazing, everything was spotless clean. This was our second visit to the hotel, and it was just as good as the previous time."

"This is a matter of personal preference - I do not like the trend of glass walled bathrooms. Even loving couples need some privacy at certain times. They do provide curtains over the walls, though, so it wasn't too bad."

"Luxurious hotel in a sleepy little town. Sadly the hotel restaurant was closed for renovation, but the rooftop bar was a perfect location for breakfast and for sipping a glass of wine in the afternoon. Our family stayed in three different type of rooms - all were spacious, pretty and comfortable. Staff was cordial and helpful, food was excellent, surroundings were tranquil and pretty. We enjoyed every minute of our stay."

"One nit. The restrooms' doors are an ultra-designed smokey-glass constructions - very pretty, but impossible to lock. This is okay in the room, but not very convenient in the public areas."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Lear, and it totally exceeded our expectations. We were surprised by the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. One of the standout features of our stay was the room itself. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with Lear's private label toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sauna, shower, and Jacuzzi were all well-maintained. The breakfast served at the hotel was simply amazing. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a memorable breakfast experience for guests. Additionally, my wife enjoyed a massage at the hotel's spa and was thoroughly relaxed afterward. The experience truly made her day, and we appreciated the convenience of having such a high-quality spa located within the hotel."
