"Hotel au calme ce qui est très appréciable. Très belle architecture avec une belle décoration en cédre dans tout l'hotel. La chambre était parfaite, grande et confortable, le lit était équipé d'un chauffage du matelas particulièrement agréable à cette époque de l'année. Le personnel est serviable, accueillant et professionnel. Le restaurant est excellent et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix."

"We loved the Cedar Inn for many different reasons. It is situated in a beautiful old building in a wonderful peaceful situation above the hustle and bustle of Darjeeling. Despite this it is still just a convenient 25 minute walk from the main area. The hotel manages to maintain its old world charm while providing all the comforts and conveniences that a modern visitor could want. The restaurant is excellent and offers a delicious selection of Indian and Bengali cuisine. But above all it is the helpful and welcoming staff from senior management all the way down that make the Cedar Inn such a delightful place to stay."

GM Mr Sanjay and Ms Neera along with their team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with them,right from celebrating our marriage as well as medical emergency which erupted. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay remarkable and we look forward to staying with them again in future."

"Il y a eu un problème de réservation. On a réservé la suite mais suite à un bug, on a eu la dernière chambre restante, la plus petite. Un petit tarif de ristourne, mais pas immense. Heureusement ils nous ont installé une moustiquaire au dessus du lit, ça rattrapait le tout et heureusement seulement une nuit... ça suffit pour Varkala"

"Le gérant est très accueillant et l’ambiance est vraiment familiale. La chambre était propre et la salle de bain correcte. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du ghat principal de la ville. Il y a aussi de nombreux petits restaurants et épiceries autour, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a un rooftop avec désormais une petite vue sur le Gange, même si un bâtiment en construction en bloque une partie."
