"La qualité des installations, des cottages et l'entretien permanent sont excellents. Le concept est original et bien décliné. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et adaptée à des occidentaux tout en restant locale. L'organisation des safaris est très bien et les guides sont très professionnels. De nombreuses activités sont proposées."

"L'organisation des taxis est à améliorer : les indications fournies changent sans arrêt et les horaires ne sont pas respectés. En fin de séjour, on vous met carrément dehors à l'heure prévue de check out, alors que l'établissement est loin d'être plein à cette période. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la manière, surtout pour un établissement qui se veut "luxury" avec ce niveau de prix. Le service est très présent, quasi obsessionnel, et cela devient pesant. Les prestations du spa ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un tel établissement."
