The hotel is surrounded by a wide range of dining options, including great restaurants, and plenty of well-known shops like Levi’s for those looking to do some shopping. The hotel itself offers excellent services, from the delicious food at the in-house restaurant to the convenient and efficient laundry service. The staff are always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping is also top-notch, keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. "Il y a eu un problème de réservation. On a réservé la suite mais suite à un bug, on a eu la dernière chambre restante, la plus petite. Un petit tarif de ristourne, mais pas immense. Heureusement ils nous ont installé une moustiquaire au dessus du lit, ça rattrapait le tout et heureusement seulement une nuit... ça suffit pour Varkala"
