"Neatness, polite staff, taste of food everything... right from the valet & reception, till the bell boys/ girls, everyone treats the guests in a very warm & welcoming way... I had most interaction with Mr. Parag Jaiswal & Miss or Mrs. (Beautiful Receptionist Lady, didn't catch her name), Mr. Vijay Malekwar (Bell Boy) & the entire Valet Team including the main guard must be given a good raise for their hard work. I was considering Radisson, but I am glad that we went to Tuli Imperial."

"I experienced an awkward moment when the 2 Bell boys requested tips upon check-in after being escorted to the room. I didn't have INR, but one of the bell boys replied that they accept foreign currency. I didn't feel comfortable at all."
