"Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"

Zapáchající, zatuchlé ručníky. Klasika, když se složí ještě vlhké, chtěla bych jen upozornit, aby se nestávalo ☺️

"Staying at this family-run hotel in Wadi Rum was a truly special experience. The owners' hospitality makes us feel instantly welcome. Our room was surprisingly spacious, a real treat considering the stunning desert landscape surrounding us. Waking up to that breathtaking sunrise view was an absolute highlight! Plus, the host organized a fantastic program that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magic of Wadi Rum. And let's not forget the dinner! The Beduin-style meal was absolutely delicious, a real taste of local flavors that perfectly complemented our desert adventure. The owner truly went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic program for us in the desert. It was a real highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Wadi Rum."

While our stay had many highlights, it's worth noting that the hotel appears to still be under development. We observed some buildings that seemed to be in the early stages of construction and looked unfinished. Additionally, we encountered some water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

"Bel établissement dans la rue ancienne de Kakopetriá (la jolie promenade qui longe à la rivière est à proximité immédiate). Très grande chambre confortable, avec cuisine et petit balcon. Grande baignoire. Accueil sympathique. Bon restaurant. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon, très appréciable dans le joli patio."

Literie un peu trop ferme à mon goût. Le système de remous de la baignoire semblait ne plus fonctionner.

"C'est proche du canal pour prendre le bateau le patron nous a aidé à trouver un batelier pour un prix descent afin de visiter le lac. Les chambres sont confortables et bon marché en plus on a une salle de bain privée. Nous sommes proche de la Grand-Rue où il y a beaucoup de petits restaurants."

Literie à ressorts un peu dépassée. Quand l'un tourne dans le lit, l'autre subit...

Rien de particulier, il faut juste savoir que c’est logements assez ouverts sur l’extérieur, et qu’il peut donc y avoir des petites bêtes. - ça ne nous a pas dérangé personnellement. La route pour accéder au logement est également pentue mais accessible avec n’importe quel voiture.

Il manque d’un petit espace extérieur pour se reposer, car la chambre est un peu petite Mais Galle reste une grande ville donc… rapport qualité prix correct !

Les vielles chansons françaises etaient un peu déprimantes, on aurait préféré n’avoir que de la musique de Rodrigues ou Maurice… créole en tout cas

"Our self catering apartment was in a good location. Places to eat are near by. Facilities were basic but adequate for our stay. Towels were lovely and soft, the room was clean, the shower was good and the a/c was efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly."

Pillows a bit lumpy but we still got a good night's sleep.
