"The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering the price."

"One issue is that there is an approximately 3 cm gap beneath the door, which allows noise to pass through easily. As a result, sounds from inside the room can be heard outside, and vice versa. Please consider making an adjustment to reduce noise transmission and improve sound privacy."

"The location was excellent, you can walk to the Citadel in less than 20 minutes."

"The TV didn't seem to be connected properly in the room, but that's a very minor thing. I wasn't in Erbil to watch TV!"

"Good location, very clean, spacious rooms and good facilities. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful."

The pool/spa and sauna were clean and the breakfast was buffet style. Staff were helpful. Overall this was good value and I would stay here again if I was in the vicinity."
