"L'arrivée à l'appartement a été un vrai cafouillage (il devait être prêt à 15 h, or la boîte à clé était ouverte, quelqu'un était encore en train de faire le ménage et ensuite, il a fallu montrer patte blanche pour confirmer qu'on avait bien réservé...), la petite chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas -la grande, oui- et il n'y avait pas de gel douche, juste du shampooing et de l'après-shampooing"

"Property is in a good location. Close to Snorrabraut 9 for coach pick up for tours, bonus supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Compact but enough space for two adults two children. Good to have cooking facilities. Access was easy as described, owner responds quickly to any messages. Hairdryer is powerful. They do have all toiletries even though we chose to use our own."

"Apartment is less spacious than the photos. Particularly in the bedroom where the wardrobe doors are unable to open fully as they touch the bed. Unfortunately the cleaning wasnt 100% prior to our stay, we found a vape and someones underwear in the apartment. Needs a few more cups, a toaster, colander and scissors in the kitchenette. Bedside tables are very flimsy, need to be sturdier (wooden would help) with smaller lamps - these are glass and could easily we knocked over and smashed."

"Location was near the main bus stops and main street. It's not big, but complete. Owner was kind enough to let us use everything in the unit."

"Laundry was a bit confusing as there are multiple laundry machines in the basement (some are owned by other units). Make sure to use the ones labelled for your unit number only to avoid disputes :)"

"Location is really close to the city centre and shops. Apartment was pretty spacious, with good quality WiFi. Really comfortable bed."

"Windows and balcony were ridicoulously dirty. Looks like they were not cleaned for a looong time. Lack of kettle to boil water (actually, there was one, however with a strange socket) and no toilet paper - which should be a standard and is easy to arrange for a housekeeper."

"The location is excellent - walkable distance to city centre. Self check-in was very easy. There are no reserved parking spots, however it's easy to find a parking behind the building or in the surrounding streets (you have to pay for it). The apartment was clean and it was a good stay for us."

"Some hangers or towel racks in the bathroom would be nice, as well as some more cooking pots or pans. The couch was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on."
