"Accueil agréable et personnel disponible, emplacement tranquille en cette période de début juin mais un peu excentré par rapport au centre du Lido de Jesolo, proximité de la mer, transats un peu vieillots attribués par chambre en bordure d’une grande piscine extérieure (bassin de 25 m. - 3 lignes - petit bassin pour enfants) et transats sur la plage compris dans le prix, petit-déjeuner correct, bon restaurant, bar et nombreuses places assises réparties en plusieurs endroits intérieurs et extérieurs, parking privé extérieur couvert gratuit."
"Salle de douche-WC-bidet-lavabo minuscule mais fonctionnelle. Dommage qu’on m’aie attribué la chambre single no 17 éclairée en permanence la nuit par un puissant projecteur extérieur alors que l’hôtel ne semblait pas afficher complet. Propreté du balcon en particulier du sol, laisse à désirer."

"The staff was lovely. We were checked in before time, no problem. The room was cleaned daily in the morning by a lovely lady. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The pool was clean, sun loungers on the beach and at the pool. We even got beach towels from the reception as we didn't have our owns"
"Communicating in english was challenging at times but the staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. The room was quite small."
"The hotel offers everything necessary without any additional costs - the beach beds and towels are included in the room rate, the bicycles are being borrowed for free and the swimming pool is just excellent. The breakfast is more than sufficient (even though, I believe Italians could offer better coffee). The hotel is right on the beach and has the least crowded part of the beach in the precincts. In all and all, it is a great value for the money."
"The hotel and its furnishing is quite outdated and the rooms were smelly, probably due to not being used and airing during the winter season. The staff does not speak English much, so the language of main communication is Italian and German."

"Établissement à conduction familiale, la propriétaire et tout le personnel sont très disponibles et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est correcte, s’il manque quelque chose ça suffit demander. Très bon emplacement avec de bons restaurants juste à côté. Superbe spa. Les soins sont top!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
