"During the recent Winter Olympic events in Predazzo, I had the wonderful pleasure to spend 3 nights in this beautiful family operated hotel. Claudia, Niccolo, and Mario took great care of me and were incredibly helpful with local dining and transportation options. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight. Niccolo prepared fresh and tasty breakfast options, and Claudia did an amazing job of making sure that everyone had exactly what they needed...and didn't leave hungry. The location was perfect for my needs, I truly felt like I was staying with family! Wonderful!"

"La cortesia dello staff, disponibilità a dare informazioni sui luoghi da visitare, dove sciare, ristoranti in zona. La struttura è pulitissima, camere con terrazze panoramiche ( vista montagna). Claudia è un host deliziosa e rende il momento della colazione ancora più gradevole. Breakfast internazionale con deliziose uova strapazzate e bacon e tante torte preparate fatte in casa. Ottimo momento di relax la Spa. Ci torneremo ❤️"

"Établissement à conduction familiale, la propriétaire et tout le personnel sont très disponibles et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est correcte, s’il manque quelque chose ça suffit demander. Très bon emplacement avec de bons restaurants juste à côté. Superbe spa. Les soins sont top!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
