"The hotel looks pretty new and is in good condition. My room was relatively large and was very clean. The bathroom is a good size with a large shower and ample hot water. The air conditioning worked well. It was a little loud when the fan was set to "high" but was just fine on the low setting. The room was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. An easy walk to /from the bus station - about 5-10 minutes on flat pavement."
"The staff need to come up with a better plan for managing the breakfast service in the morning. The dining area has very limited seating and the situation was chaotic when I arrived. I ended up skipping the breakfast and just headed straight to the bus station instead. Also, before you are allowed to check-out, the staff asks you to wait a few minutes while they check the room. It is not a big deal, but this is essentially saying to the guest - "We're not saying you are a thief, but we just want to check to be sure." Just kind of rubbed me the wrong way."

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette guesthouse. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable, elle parle parfaitement anglais et m’a accueillie comme un membre de sa famille. Elle m’a même invitée à dîner ! Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, le lit confortable et sent bon la lessive. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. J’étais seulement de passage à Balykchy, mais si j’avais eu plus de temps j’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour!"

"Понравились условия проживания. Большие комнаты, можно комфортно расположиться семьёй, в комнатах чисто. Хозяева гостеприимны, сытный завтрак и угощения с сада. На год вперёд наелись абрикосов и яблок. Хозяин встретил на машине и по необходимости увозил на пляж и обратно. Очень понравилось!"

"Отличный новый отель недалеко как от Бишкека, так и от природного парка Ала-арча. Прекрасное место для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть от городской суеты. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания и приятного времяпровождения. При желании, можно посмотреть сериалы на Netflix, либо оставаться в курсе новостей, так как имеется доступ к бесплатному Wifi."
