Grand Residence

"Très calme pour se reposer à Phnom Penh Vraiment aucun bruit durant la nuit et le matin Appartement très grand Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très bien"

"Nous étions au 1er étage et la chambre manquait de luminosité durant la journée Mais c'est un détail"

"Grand, propre, cuisine fonctionnelle, clim ok, ascenseur. On y a passé deux nuits c'était parfait."

"Very spacious apartments. Nice clean and safe neighborhood. Very quiet during the night. Very good value for the price."

"Sofa was not very comfortable, no smart TV, no microwave in the kitchen."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Reasonably priced."

"Bed room Air conditioner not cool. Staff had deep cleaning. But not still not cool. I think gas no have. And kitchen room light not work. Please fix. Next time also I want to stay again."

"We loved this place, The staff is great. The kitchen is good. The utensils are used but what to expect? I mean its a place many people rent. We didn't find the usage a problem, everything was working fine. We had read the description wrong and though there was a sofa I could sleep in since my friend was sick (we had 1 bedroom apartment) and the sofa was not big enough but the kind staff could fix a spare roll-bed for me. It was extremply kind. The people at the gate "guards/handymen" were also very nice an acomodating even though they didnt speak english. Would absolutley recommend."

"The location was not the best but everything else was so good we didnt mind."

"The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the accommodation I had was very spacious and clean (definitely exceeded my expectation). I was on a business trip, and it was in walking distance to where I needed to be; it's a little bit away from the centre, but getting a taxi or tuk tuk was easy enough. The staff was friendly."

"It seems all the light switches are in the living room (including the one for the bedroom, unless I was silly enough to not be able to find it). I wish a hairdryer was provided. Not big issues though, all was manageable."

"Tranquility and quietness Absolutely no mosquitoes Secure ground floor parking Special thanks from Www.Cambodiathenice.com"
