"La chambre est spacieuse. La jeune fille aux cheveux foncés essaye d'aider malgré qu'elle ne parle pas anglais. Le hall est impressionnant."
"La dame blonde de l'accueil est très antipathique, pas de sourire, pas un mot, elle ne sait pas parler anglais. La piscine nécessite quelques coups de peinture, et le sauna n'a jamais été activé pendant mon séjour. La localisation n'est pas super. Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen."

It's the old part of the city, not far from the riverside, no ugly skyscrapers and big empty streets (but if you'd like to feel the vibe of "big city" then definitely better find something on the left part of the river). "Love the authentic old style vibe, location and general design. It is in a quiet area, with a nice garden and wi-fi worked well too. Staff was nice but not English speaking (or barely) if you need it. We didn't need it but others should know that they might have trouble communicating if they don't speak Russian (or Kazakh :)."
