"Hôtel bien situé, petite chambre totalement adaptée au lieu et au prix. Nécessaire de toilettes/douche à disposition dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner compris (il faut aimer les œufs car il n’y a pas vraiment d’autre choix à part toast et confiture mais il n’y avait plus de confort 😬 ((c’est pas grave !)), thé ou café également. Personnel correct, ils font leur travail mais pas non plus les plus chaleureux, c’est dommage :)"

"Great location, very close to everything and many food options just outside the door. It's a bit dated and there was a hole in the bathroom door but everything worked in the room and it was good value for money."

"Very nice little inexpensive hotel. Perfectly situated with loads of different types of restaurants and small shops around, and markets. Excellent welcome on check in and staff always courteous (thank you especially to Ngeun). I well recommend it! Make sure you ask for a street facing room as some don't have windows!"

"Nothing to criticise about the hotel except the WiFi which can be patchy at times so they need to improve this. It's clearly not a 4 star but for the budget it well serves its purpose. Situated in a lively street that is undergoing improvements. The only downside (but that's not the hotel's fault) is the lack of cleanliness in the streets (and around) but that's a general issue in the whole city."

"Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean. The cleaning and kitchen girls should be trained to say Good Morning and Thank You etc. They are lovely but very shy. They can be trained."

"The breakfast is very repetitive and limited, but that is ok given the price of the hotel. One strong suggestion: Falang do not like sweet bread (for the toast). It would be very easy for the hotel to have unsweetened bread in the kitchen, and the girls can ask the customer which do they prefer: sweet or not sweet bread/toast. Also it would be good to offer fresh milk with the tea or coffee (not powdered milk but proper fresh liquid milk readily available form D and T supermarket etc."

"Great hotel. Very clean, huge bed, new clean bedding. Great value for money and includes breakfast. Also the staff can help backpackers book trips and sort you out a SIM, much cheaper than an e-SIM."

"On my first night there people were drinking outside. At 3am there's was one guy shouting at the top of his lungs in the corridor, we had been drinking outside, English speaking so I could hear everything. Treating to hit someone, banging on doors, this then happened another 2 times through the night. I know it's not the hotels fault but the staff should have removed him. Very disruptive to everyone staying there. I felt scared and unsafe."

"Good hotel in great location but what made it exceptional was the staff. They absolutely could not have been more helpful. From answering questions to booking tours to basic problem solving. Their service was at another level."
