Le lendemain, par fatigue, nous avons manqué l'heure de départ. La gérante a fait preuve de compréhension et s'est adaptée à la situation. Encore merci :)"

"L'établissement est très agréable. Cependant, pour un séjour parfait, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. La verrière de la salle de bain, bien que très design, laisse peu d'intimité. Par ailleurs, il serait pratique d'ajouter une prise de courant de chaque côté du lit pour charger les téléphones plus facilement."

"Customer service was excellent; responsive and great communicators. Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options."

"Not a deal-breaker, but the choice of rooms was either at an internal entrance to a courtyard which mean if the curtains were open it meant anyone coming and going could see in the room, or the other option being on the road which had noise."

"The online support pre trip was fantastic. Location was prefect as there were lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away."

Not only did she make us feel welcome she gave us some really great local advice on where to go and what to do. She was on call if we got stuck and always took our calls. "The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them."
