"Beaucoup de problèmes techniques, entre les climatiseurs qui coulent, le téléviseur qui ne fonctionne pas, le téléphone non plus, l’ascenseur qui bloque, les matelas sont usés, le stock de linge insuffisant….etc"

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel vraiment sympathique, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. La localisation est magnifique, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter des environs. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon, difficile de trouver mieux. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir !"

"Excellent staff and service. The staff were always friendly, polite and available to help with any requests. The reception staff, porters and maintenance staff were all very professional. Their housekeeping service was attentive. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee and water. The shower was hot and towels and linen were clean. The breakfast was included and had a good range of typical Lebanese hot and cold foods. The location was perfect, near Hamra, but just enough away to not have too much noise from the street."

The bed in the room is very comfortable, the room is spacious, It has air conditioning in the room ;The breakfast was very good (I leave it as a suggestion: to be more diverse). Near the hotel there are options for restaurants and tourism! I felt welcomed and respected! Gratitude for the stay!"

"Everything was more than great ...the manager Nelly ,Abdullah and all the staff are great Youssef ,Omar ،Ranin ،Nasir..... whenever you need something or call them they direct reply to you ... And thier service is more than 5 star .. it's service is better than most of 5 star hotels. .... And there breakfast are good ..for me I will come another time 😁"
