"Le logement est très spacieux. La vue depuis le balcon est merveilleuse pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement par rapport aux plus belles plages de l’île (Becune beach, smuggler’s cove, pigeon Island, réduit beach, rodney bay), par rapport à la Friday night est génial!!! D’ailleurs la plage de Becune beach juste en bas de la villa est très poissonneuse. Le snorkelling y est délicieux. Chris, notre hôte, est toujours disponible pour une adresse, un conseil ou autre. Il a été très sympa et nous a permis l’accès à la piscine de la villa. En un mot INCROYABLE ! Il nous a même emmené manger un dîner local dans le coin."

"Les commerces sont assez loin de l’appartement. À part la plage de Becune beach, tout déplacement nécessite la voiture. Mobilier un peu vieillissant dans la maison."

"The owner is a very nice gentleman, provided me with lots of useful information prior to arrival and after. The beach near by is a 3 - 5 min walk - very small, sandy but not very clean, next door to a 5 star hotel. No restrooms and shower. The walk to the beach is public abd had some garbage laying around. The room had a kitchen with sharp knife and new dishes which is often not the case in such hotels. It is a villa, not a hotel, in the very nice neighbourhood on a big and maintained plot of land."

"The living room was hot, but next time it will be no problem, since the owner was in the process of instalking air conditioner. The villa is old but there is charm to it. I was occupying 1 floor with separate entrance and 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms are not equal, because one of them has no windows. The daily roomservice is not offered, you need to understand that - no cleaning and taking trash during your stay, it is your responsibility. If you are planning to cook - make sure you buy paper towls, salt, pepper, sugar, foil, stretch wrap - all these things are not provided."

"Fantastic location. Beautiful views, Lovely house. It’s not five star - it’s a home away from home. Cosmos (the owner) was really helpful with everything from the moment we booked, making sure we made the drive in good time from the airport, dropping us some advice on places to visit and things to do. Never any pressure - just friendly advice. Take it or leave it :) We had a great time here. There’s a great beach a few mins walk across the road too. Overall a great base to explore the northern half of the island from."

"Everything. COsmos our host could not do enough for us. Its not 5 star but has everything you need and more , wonderful views fabulous location and reasonable to put into context our flight was cancelled and we were sent to a fabulous hotel but we discovered the price for one night was more than we paid for 11 nights. If like us you prefer not to be stuck in an all inclusive hotel with other tourists then this is the place for you. Will hopefully one day return. And not forgetting the lovely dog Rex."

"Great if you are looking for a quiet place. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and clean. There are only a few steps to the beach. The bay is sandy and gently sloping, so it is very pleasant to swim in."

"Was impressed with communication with owner and then manager Chris. Nothing was too much trouble. Spacious rooms, great location. We were also impressed by free laundry service, thank you."

"Bed - please change the mattress. It is way too old now. We were missing air dryer for clothes - something to hang wet clothes on after coming back from beach."

"good relaxing location which felt safe. Property had everything you would need with excellent Wi-Fi. Chris the manager was very efficient and always responded immediately with help or advice. Only 20 min walk to very good beach and facilities at Pigeon Island."

"lots of mosquitoes due to being in the countryside. the description mentions a restaurant which I never noticed as the cottage was built in underneath a larger private villa …..perhaps they mean kitchen! The closest restaurant/bar was at Pigeon Island with only hotel facilities at the closest beach a few minutes away."
