We've got a free room upgrade to a superior suit that made our stay in the hotel was perfect and memorable too. Specially my wife & son had a wonderful experience too. "It was a big and nice property, everything was there, a nice view, the ocean, a big garden and a pool which was very clean and well maintained. All the staffs were really friendly and helpful!"

"There where alot of mosquitoes. And the bed sheet was not very clean, also the ac stoped working suddenly but as soon as i mentioned all this at the reception, they apologized and helped us out immediately."

"Great value for money. The staff is amazing and they are trying their best to accommodate your requests and give you a great service. Super calm and quiet and facing the beach. We preferred this hotel to Cinnamon Bay which is next to this, because Cinnamon was too crowded, including the garden and pool. Here we could use the pool without too many people and not a lot of children running around. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice as well."

"The hotel should invest in maintenance and repair of the hotel as you can see the signs the hotel needs renovation. There's not a lot staff can do in this case. When we checked in we realized the bathroom was not very clean and it had hair left from the previous guests. Management should train and educate staff. Wi-fi is not good and can be improved."
