"Les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours. Les repas sont bons, mais souvent froid et quand il n’y a plus un plat (exemple de l’ananas )j’ai demandé plusieurs fois à des serveurs d’en remettre, mais au bout d’une heure toujours rien !!! Dommage !! Le personnel et très souriant mais pas efficace !!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. A very special thanks to Mr. Asela for his exceptional kindness and dedication. As female tourists who do not speak the local language, we especially appreciated how he went out of his way to ensure our safety and comfort. His support gave us real peace of mind. He even kindly helped arrange the return of a charger we had forgotten at the hotel, which we truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the experience and would happily recommend this hotel."

The energy and service of the hotel staff truly stood out they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The buffet offered a very good variety and was definitely worth the money. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Room conditions were okay and comfortable enough. We would happily come back again."

"A couple of things could be improved. There was an unpleasant smell outside around the gully areas, and our room bathroom had a few issues, including problems with flushing. Other than these points, we had a good overall experience."
