"The pool and the access to the beach are absolutely insane. The size of the villa is also amazing. If you are in a bigger group with about 8-10 people, this is ideal. I have not had a more memorable stay and would absolutely love to visit again."

"Kixi Beach is in a great location close to Unawatuna. The bedrooms were very uncomfortable and the main area was great for everyone to relax and just hang out. The staff were amazing and were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was also great each morning. I would highly recommend Kixi Beach as a great place to stay."

"Beautiful views and right on the beach. See Turtles 50m down the beach from the garden. Plenty of room, everything worked, great breakfast with Sri Lankan and European options. Great pool that was cleaned everyday and super comfy sun loungers with beach / pool towels provided. The staff were fantastic and Went the extra mile to print some documents I had to sign. Even a nice cool and quiet office area to work (if you have to!) Lots of nice restaurants with cocktails in walking distance including palm rope swing."

"This was the most amazing 2N spent in Sri Lanka. The villa spacious, modern amenities, private pool and a garden opening on to the beach - EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Best part was the staff, who was there 24*7, Gayantha is your go to man for anything in Unawatuna. Cannot stress on how good this place. Thank you Kixi Beach Villa. Will be back soon."

Рядом находится Черепаший пляж — до него можно дойти буквально за несколько минут прямо от виллы. Завтраки были вкусные и свежие. Сама вилла действительно огромная, много пространства и комфортно отдыхать. Мы остались очень довольны своим пребыванием — всё было на высоком уровне, отличное место для отдыха."
"Были некоторые мелкие моменты, которые можно было бы улучшить, но они совсем незначительные. Все эти небольшие нюансы полностью перекрываются огромными плюсами виллы — её размером, прекрасным расположением и общей атмосферой. В итоге мы остались очень довольны и хорошо провели время."
"La villa es preciosa, con espacios muy amplios,,la decoracion moderna los baños en cada habitación, con acceso directo al mar. El personal muy servicial, sobre todo el chico que lleva la casa es muy atento y simpático ..Te preparan la comida , pudiendo ir a hacer la compra con ellos ,por muy buen precio.Te dejan agua y refrescos en la nevera gratis. En la playa a la que accedes hay tortugas"
"No caia agua en alguna de las duchas de los baños. Está un poco retirado de la zona de restaurantes pero siempre está la opción de los tuctucs. La playa justo de delante no tiene apenas zona de baño , a unos metros andando un poco más pero es de poca arena por lo que tumbarte no puedes."
