"2 kambarių butas su visa reikalinga butine technika ir įranga. Po buto langais yra tramvajaus linija ir sustojimas, mums netrukdė, bet jautriai miegantiems gali nepatikti."

"Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Stāvvieta iekšpagalmā, elektrisko vārtu čips bija dzīvoklī. Bija viss nepieciešamais, lai uzturētos 2 naktis. Virtuvē bija viss, kas vajadzīgs gatavošanai. Tramvajs netraucēja."

"Apartamentai labai geroje vietoje, nes arti paplūdimys. Taip pat pėsčiomis galima pasivaikščioti po miesto centrą, prie pat tramvajaus stotelė, jei reikia kur toliau pavažiuoti. Yra vieta automobiliui, arti net kelios parduotuvės."

"Šeimininkai labai malonūs! Gan nebloga lokacija, yra viskas ko gali prireikti nakvynei. Skaičiau komentarus, kad žmonės skundėsi dėl tramvajų važiuojančių po langais, tai nėra ten nieko labai jau blogo, vos atkreipėme dėmesį. Keliaujantys čia įjungkite boilerį, kuris pakabintas vonioje, kadangi įprastai jis užsuktas ir nešyla, to pasekoje nėra šilto vandens."

"Spacieux. Calme (pas un bruit). Confortable. Parfaitement propre. Il faudrait préciser aux clients que l'arrivée dans le bâtiment se fait par Smilšu iela (et non Brežas iela). Il faudrait aussi expliquer quelle porte prendre quand on entre dans le bâtiment (porte à droite si je me souviens bien)."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
