"Apgyvendinimo įstaiga yra privačių namų kvartale, kuris atokiau nuo miesto centro. Kvartalas labai ramus. Namo aplinka sutvarkyta, galima pasimėgauti rytmetine kava lauke prie staliuko. Raktus perdavė namo šeimininkė, kuri trumap ir paaiškino bendras įsiregistravimo/išsiregistravimo taisykles. Trumpai pakalbėjome - labai malonus asmuo. Apartamentai švarūs, yra visi reikalingi patogumai, tik gal ne viskas veikia :) Raktus palikome kaip sutarėme, tai šeimininkų daugiau ir nematėme. Gerai, kad jie visada šalia, tai jei kažko labai reikėtų 24/7 servisas šalia :) Apartamentai yra vienos erdvės (virtuvė ir miegamos vietos toje pačioje patalpoje), tad labiau tinkami šeimai. ramiems vakarams tolėliau nuo miesto centro. Apskritai likome patenkinti. Išsiregistravimas vėlyvas, tai galėjome ilgiau pamiegoti :)"
"Verta būtų patikrinti WI-FI kodą, nes neveikia. Televizorius nors ir yra, tačiau nėra įvesto IPTV provaiderio, tai nei internetu, nei TV negalima buvo pasinaudoti. Kadangi nei vienas, nei kitas mums ne problema, tai dėl to didelio diskomforto ir nebuvo. Automobilio parkavimas gatvelėje - į kiemą nepriėmė :)"

"Spacieux. Calme (pas un bruit). Confortable. Parfaitement propre. Il faudrait préciser aux clients que l'arrivée dans le bâtiment se fait par Smilšu iela (et non Brežas iela). Il faudrait aussi expliquer quelle porte prendre quand on entre dans le bâtiment (porte à droite si je me souviens bien)."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
