"Мне понравилось местоположение, прямо в центре. Просторная однокомнатная сталинка с высоким потолком. Туалет, душевая, коридорчик объединён с компактной кухней, чистый уютный коридор, второй этаж. Было два ключа, от коридора и от самой квартирки Лично я оценил- то, что сразу показывал телевизор, много интересных каналов, что для меня важно так как постоянно включаю телевизор для фон, сразу попалась интересная комедия. В душевой горячая вода, как и горячие батареи. Рекомендую брать с собой тапочки так как зимой совсем немного с пола тянет лёгкий холодок, но это с учётом, что на улице было -15. Интересный вид из окна."
"Немного не понравилось, но это лично мой каприз, что нужно пересекаться с хозяйкой квартиры (или администратором) нужно сначала идти в одно место, давать отсканировать свой документ, отвечать на вопросы, немного неловко себя чувствовать. Предпочитаю не пересекаться с хозяевами и не играть роль приличного человека. Но это неотъемлемая процедура некоторых квартир. На утро нужно было заносить ключи обратно в другое место, а это занимает время."

"Отличное месторасположение. Тихая улица. Были на НГ, от площади 5 минут. Рядом красивый парк. В квартире есть всё для удобства. Даже дополнительные одеяла,что было актуально, поскольку на улице ночью -15 было. Особо не готовили,но на кухне есть всё необходимое,если вы готовите. Очень коммуникабельная хозяйка, получение ключей очень простое. Очень рекомендую!"

"Spacieux. Calme (pas un bruit). Confortable. Parfaitement propre. Il faudrait préciser aux clients que l'arrivée dans le bâtiment se fait par Smilšu iela (et non Brežas iela). Il faudrait aussi expliquer quelle porte prendre quand on entre dans le bâtiment (porte à droite si je me souviens bien)."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
