"Très sympathique maison de vacances dans une ferme à l'extérieure de la ville. L'hôte (accompagné de ses chats) était très accueillant, et nous a fourni des oeufs de son poulailler. Tout ce qui était nécessaire était fourni (produits d'entretien et d'hygiène, huile, sucre, sel, poivre, thé et café, ustensiles de cuisine, essuis de bain, ...). Quand nous sommes arrivés, le fourneau qui chauffe le sauna était déja allumé et dispensait une agréable chaleur dans toute la maison (du rez-de-chaussé aux chambres à l'étage). Pour les familles, un certain nombre de DVDs (principalement en letton ou en russe) est fourni, et il y a des jeux de société à l'étage."
"Attention: difficilement accessible sans véhicule privé (et le chemin pour rejoindre la maison est une route de gravier dans les champs). En été, prévoyez du répulsif à moustiques: il y a une petite mare juste à côté de la maison."
"This house offered just the right amount of space for me and my two primary school-aged sons—each of us enjoyed our own room, complete with a king-size bed (yes, even the boys lived large). The living area downstairs was bright and generously sized, perfect for a bit of wrestling or quiet reading—depending on the hour. The host? Absolutely excellent. We were welcomed with fresh farm eggs and a presence so discreet that they could give even the most modest Estonian a run for their money. Almost invisible, yet everything worked like clockwork—a rare and admirable talent. In short: a brilliant shell nestled in the beauty of the Latvian countryside. Highly recommended."

"Very friendly host. There was a sweet letter and a box of eggs from their chicken to welcome us. House was small but compact and there was everything we needed. Adorable and friendly cat Ringo, kids loved him. Sauna was really nice, with mild heat- my man is a sauna fanatic and he absolutely loved it. Swimming in pond after sauna- perfect! Host was answering really quickly and we felt like home. Only good vibes!"

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"
