"Апартаменты в 10 минутах пешком от Ж/Д вокзала, 15 минутах пешком до Автовокзала, До исторического центра Риги "Старая Рига" 20 минут ходу. Полный комплект бытовой техники: электрочайник, микроволновка, индукционная (безопасная) плита - греет кастрюлю без огня и накала, плита сама холодная остаётся (противопожарная)."

"За предлагаемую цену всё устраивает. Дом 1911 года. Фасад требует ремонта или покраски. Но это Памятник архитектуры местного значения (архитектор М. Эйзенштейн - брат известного кинорежиссера), и нужен особый дорогостоящий проект. Внешний вид не очень. Зато в апартаментах всё даже очень не плохо."

"Заселение и выселение по кодам доступа без присутствия Администрации апартаментов. Оплатил по банку заранее все услуги и страховой депозит (100 евро) и живешь спокойно. Уехал когда нужно, оставил ключи в сейфе и домой. Депозит приходит обратно на банковский счет. Мини кухня оборудована достаточно хорошо: микроволновая печь, индукционная плита, электрочайник, холодильник. Поэтому и есть Страховой депозит в 100 евро. Бесплатное TV и WiFi интернет. Электрический полотенцесушитель! Подогрев пола в ванной комнате! Электрообогреватель с терморегулятором!"

Very secure location with car park facilities, outdoor area with BBQ. Very quiet area but too far from shops, restaurants and easy trip into Riga if required for sightseeing."

"This was one of the most amazing apartments I have ever stayed in. Every detail in the apartment is well thought of, it's truly a unique and retro place – the building itself with the courtyard is astonishing. Location is perfect – everything is near, but you can enjoy a quiet and private spot. The bed is super comfortable. You have a well-equipped kitchen – where we even did a Christmas Eve dinner. Free parking in front of the building. Seamless communication with the host. It's warm even in the middle of winter, stylish, and cosy – honestly, we were fantasising we could live in such a place. Btw, quite some people in the reviews mention the neighbour on the first floor – but that's just a woman who wasn't as lucky in life as most of us. She's nice and polite – be kind."
