"The house was even better than the pictures. The view on the Kotor fjord is amazing, so amazing we decided to cook ourselves instead of a restaurant in order to enjoy the sunshine."

"Duży apartment, wygodne łóżka, wszystkie udogodnienia (klima, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, czajnik, i nawet rakia w lodówce). Mila i pomocna właścicielka. Dużo miejsca do parkowania i ładne widoki."

"Rada harika biri. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Biz evde çok kalmadık ama bir evde bulunması gereken her şey var. Temizlik olarak da gayet temizdi. Mutfak eşyaları da gayet temizdi. Çamaşırlarımızı yıkamak istedik ve çamaşır makinası için deterjan verdiler. Hiç vericeklerini düşünmüyordum. Sıcak su vs her şey var zaten. Kaldığımız odanın manzarası harikaydı. Nerelere gidebileceğimizle alakalı yardımcı da oldular."

"דירה גדולה מרווחת שיש בה הכל. המארחת חמודה מאד חמה ולבבית, כיבדה אותנו בבירה בסודה ובבקבוק מים והיתה זמינה לנו לכל שאלה. הדירה כ10 דקות משדה התעופה בטיווט מתאים ללינה לפני טיסת בוקר. התמורה למחיר המאד זול היתה מושלמת."

"אין מעלית או משהו כך שצריך להעמיס את המזוודות במדרגות קומה אחת, ולא היה פח אשפה בשירותים. אבל שוב, יחסית למחיר ששילנו התמורה מושלמת."

"The Villa is truly luxurious, rooms are well styled and beautifully designed. All bed are large and comfortable, linens good quality and furniture comfortable and stylish. We especially liked the extra touches such as full size toiletries in all the bathrooms and enough toilet paper for our entire stays and unlimited excellent quality coffee for the coffee machine. Also kitchen essentials, oil salt tea etc. It’s a 9min taxi into Kotor ( 10-15 Euros depending on time of night and traffic). The villa is quiet, secluded and as the pool self cleans there is no need for pool staff to visit. We had a truly relaxing stay and Demitre was really patient and understanding when we had difficulty with payment. Payment is with cash - better to bring with you as bank access can be limited."

"Amazing place. The view alone is worth it. You could sit outside for hours and enjoy the sunset. The place was clean with a nicely equipped kitchen, you could cook anything you want. Also, the wifi was very fast, and the place is air conditioned. The only concern I had was that the place was too far from the city and that the road to the place could be bad, but that didn’t turn out to be a problem. It takes maybe 10 minutes from the main road to reach the apartment with a car."

"Superbe appartement, très bonne surprise. La climatisation est présente dans tout l'appartement. Il y a une chambre séparée et une autre en continuité du salon protégée par un rideau. Il y a possibilité de se garer sur le parking gratuitement, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Il y a un commerce très proche. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire huile, café, sucre, lessive, shampooing... ils ont pensé à tout. Relation très agréable avec l'hôte."
