Harbour view

"la vue de la terrasse est incroyable sur La Valette et Birgu, complètement dégagée. l'appartement est très calme et joliment décoré avec le charme des bâtiments anciens, murs épais, hauteur de plafond, sol avec motifs anciens. Nous avons même profité du feu d'artifice du nouvel An juste face à la terrasse sans bouger de l'appartement : magique!! l'appartement est parfaitement situé : on peut se garer facilement dans les alentours, prendre le bateau pour aller à La Valette en peu de temps, visiter l'île facilement, dîner à proximité avec un bon choix de restaurant, visiter Birgu à pied...."

"Il manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine pour un séjour plus long, l'hiver, l'appartement est peu chauffé, il fait un peu froid"

"La localisation dans une ruelle authentique, un beau batiment faisant face au port, une maison avec un cachet, est fantastique. La vue est tout simplement epoustouflante, on peut passer des heures à a regarder"

"La pression d'eau chaude dans la salle de bains est minimale rendant douche et lavage de longs cheveux particulièrement pénibles. La cuisine manque d'équipements, an particulier de grandes assiettes et de couteaux à découper (pain, legumes)"

"L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les trois cités ainsi situé Valetta qui se fait en bateau taxi pour 2€. Le balcon donne sur le fort St Angelo avec une vue magnifique. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La cuisine est spacieuse. Les lits confortables."

"Lovely spacious apartment in a local area with an amazing view. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet as long as there aren’t people talking outside on the street. Loved the feel of the place with the decor and tiles. Bus stop is close by and the 3 cities ferry is about 20 minute walk."

"The bathroom shower is pretty bad. The couch also is not comfortable. Would be nice to have a bottle of water on arrival."

"The view from the balcony across the water was breathtaking- the fort opposite, Valletta, the yachts bobbing on the water - all mesmerising. The the apartment is on a cute little quiet street entered from the back, in a lovely old building with high ceilings, thick stone walls and wooden shutters - loads of character. There were loads of eating places within walking distance and little shops for groceries. And the small water taxis and bigger ferry boat across to Valletta were cheap and super convenient. We were so glad to have booked this apartment!"

"A few reviews have mentioned the water pressure in the shower, and true it wasn't what you'd call a power shower, but honestly the charm of the place combined with the views and the location more than make up for it."

"The location is everything. The view of the Grand Harbour and Valetta is superb. We booked here purely for the location (to see the New Year fireworks etc) and were not disappointed."

"The apartment is 'tired'. It's clean and tidy but the facilities (kitchen apart which is good) let the place down. Both the bathroom sink and toilet are coming away from the wall We couldn't get hot water in the bathroom sink (other than by filling it using the shower attachment). The sofas in the main room are uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. The bedroom furniture is functional but again tired. Be aware, access is via a significant number of steps which would be an issue for anyone with reduced mobility."

"This property has the most beautiful views of the harbour it’s absolutely stunning, could sit all day taking the views in 🥰 very spacious and clean and walking distance to lovely restaurants / bars and the ferry to Valletta"

"The only thing i noticed and it’s a small thing is the table and chairs ok the balcony have become rusty possibly from the sea air so don’t look as good as they could but a really small detail it’s perfect f otherwise"

"Views from the balcony were outstanding. Passed alot of the time here. The apartment was spacious and welcoming. It was a haven at the end of the day away from the many tourists in Valetta. Senglea is a great area it has a great ambiance without being overly full of people."

"Nothing not to like. Be aware though that there are alot of steps to get to the apartment, after full day of walking we had to rest on the benches below before tackling the steps. In hindsight left alot fitter than when we arrived."

"Superb location with an excellent view. Quiet. Well equipped. We were there with my husband, but it is big enough for a family of 4-5. The balcony opens towards north which can be very pleasent summer time. We were there in March."

"It is not a dislike, it is a feature: you can not go directly to the entrance by car, depending of the direction you'll need to move your luggages through more or less steps. Definitely not recommended for disabled."

"The entire apartment was very cosy and clean, with a very comfortable bed & clean bathroom. The view is incredible, could just spend the whole morning on the balcony watching people/boats go by."
