"The bathroom didn’t had a dustbin as well as the flush was leaking in the toilet. Fresh towels weren’t provided on the second day rather old used towels were left to dry on chairs. Correcting these could have been a much better experience. Provided it is a 4 star hotel the rooms could have been little bigger."

"It is a cheap and comfortable place, the people are friendly and plenty of restaurants around it."

"We were very pleased with our stay at hotel Astor. The room was large and clean and the location was perfect for us, being not too far from the city center and the large parks to the south-west (e.g. bosque de Chapultepec). The taquería right across the street, La Casa de los Trompos, is also excellente."

"The walls in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The spring matress is also a bit uncomfortable after a few nights."

"A lovely hotel with excellent staff! Our mattress was hard so they let us switch rooms halfway into our 4-night stay, which was so nice! Location is certainly not central to anything touristy (about a 25 min walk into the centre), however it has everything you need right next to it within 30 secs walk - multiple delicious taco options, supermarket, Oxxo, etc."

"La ubicación del hotel y la limpieza, además de la tranquilidad, lo cual permite el descanso. El personal muy amable."

"Solamente un chorrito de la regadera salía el agua hacia el lado izquierdo, hacia el muro que da con el lavamanos y eso provocaba que el agua se pase un poco al área del sanitario, lo cual puede provocar caídas porque se moja el piso que no es del área de la regadera."

"es la segunda vez que me hospedo, el hotel esta 3 cuadras (grandes) del metrobus reforma. Cerca de este encontraras lugares para comer, un supermercado (bodega aurrera) farmacias tiendas de conveniencia (oxxo) los viernes se pone un tianguis con comida muy rica."
