"Convenient location and easy to find. Was simple and had great hot showers"

"Our floors were dirty in the room, way too small, poor ventilation and the room we had (with patio) was not actually a private patio as shown in photos. It was unfortunate because we were wanting this room for the private patio"

"Lovely staff, ie Enrique, super location, spotless, our room was spacious, and newly painted!"

"Owners need to update the AC, and check the locks to balconies work, for added security."

"The staff were very kind. They also accommodated my check-out at 4am."

"There was no elevator so I had to take the stairs to the second floor."

"The location is near the market and walking distance to the famous area"

"The lock of the window in the room was broken which may cause some security issue. The hot shower was not quite hot enough."

"Location is great! Bus station Centro is just downstairs. Close to everything!"

"Room is not soundproof at all, quite loud."

"Delicious food at restaurant and excellent ubication. We ate sopa de tortilla, enchiladas mineras and sopes de pollo."

"No A/C. No view, we were in room 9. Needs blackout courtains. Food is made at moment so it has long wait at restaurant and closes early."

"Hotel is situated in the center of the city. So the location is very good. From the hotel is only a few steps to the city centre. The stuff is very friendly and helpful."

"The entrance to the hotel was not so nice. You enter to the hotel through the hall where is tattoo studio and medical centre."

"La limpieza y atención del personal muy amables nos da la opcion de guarda equipage en lo que conocíamos la CD. Todo excelente."
