"Très bien situé dans un quartier sécuritaire où il y a beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. À 3 minutes à pied de la station d'autobus ADO. La rue où est situé l'hôtel est tranquille. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle (il y a un espace cuisine)."
"L'hôtel est vieillot, en particulier la salle de bains. Mais pour le prix, c'est tout à fait correct. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié (inclus dans le prix). L'insonorisation fait défaut, donc il est facile d'entendre le bruit du corridor."

"J'aurais donné 10 à l'hôtel plutôt que 8 pour trois inconvénients majeurs. D'abord, le petit déjeuner (inclus dans le tarif) est décevant. Café infect, alors qu'à Mexico on boit de l'excellent café, aucune variété de menu d'un jour à l'autre. J'aurais préféré un petit déjeuner payant pour obtenir plus de qualité. Heureusement, la suite était dotée d'une cuisinette où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Deuxième inconvénient: la cuisinette justement. Elle était sous-équipée en terme de vaisselle. Un seul couteau, par exemple. Quand on en a réclamé un deuxième, on nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait de la politique de la maison. Bizarre! Enfin, troisième inconvénient: le personnel de la réception est accueillant et compétent, mais ne parle à peu près pas anglais, ce qui complique énormément les communications. Par ailleurs, il aurait été apprécié qu'on nous donne une idée des services disponibles autour de l'hôtel (supermarché, etc.)."
