"Exeptional location by the fjord which was quite warmer than the outer sea, so perfect place for swimming. As well the possibility of renting the canoe is amazing, you can visit nearby waterfalls just on the boat. We stayed here one day and night before the ferry boarding after a roadtrip and it was quite ideal 👌"

"The pool is very crowded and paid extra, plus it closes at 7pm which is very early given the summer sunset close to midnight. The equipment is cheap and shows signs of wear despite the cabin clearly being quite recent. The staircase to the sending floor is really steep with no handrail. Can be challenging for smaller kids."

"Gîte spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt. Un séjour au calme, ressourçant. Hôte très accueillant et disponible. Les enfants ont adoré caresser les chèvres et les chats. Il y a des commerces et de belles randonnées dans le centre de Vikersund à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Le gîte se trouve à environ 1h30 d'Oslo."
