"Les + : Chambre au sein d'un logement avec pièces communes (salon, cuisine, balcon) spacieuses. Propre. Très calme. Le propriétaire nous a attend tard dans la nuit car notre bus avait du retard. Le propriétaire était très gentil et aidant. Restaurants et commerces proches. Les - : eau de la douche pas toujours chaude, logement un peu éloigné du centre touristique. Bon rapport qualité prix"

"Lovely place close to the airport located in a quiet backalley. The Wi-Fi was really good and I found the bed super comfortable. The property is super close to Himalayan Bio Kichen which has some really great food and it's close to the airport, too (maybe 15-20 mins by bike). Communication with the owner was extremely smooth."

"I had a great stay at this accommodation in Kathmandu! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The host, Sunick, was incredibly helpful and always available—he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Even my very late check-in at 5am was no problem at all! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The common area is spacious and has a really cool vibe, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Overall, the service was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It is also a good starting point to go tracking."

"We had a wonderful stay at Peakman Residence! The place felt just like home – cozy, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved having access to the whole house, where we could prepare our own breakfast and enjoy relaxing movie nights. The bed was incredibly comfy and we slept really well. The host was super kind, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated being able to extend our visit. Also, the creative and clear graphics with house rules and explanations were a lovely touch and made everything easy to understand. Overall, a perfect stay – we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!"

"We had an amazing experience! The host Sunik was super friendly and willing to help with all of our questions about things to do in Kathmandu as well as questions about our upcoming trek. It felt super homely, the room was clean and the overall vibe was great. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of any place near Thamel as it’s very busy and touristy. The location of Peakman was perfect as it was a 35 minute walk to Thamel. 5 minutes from a supermarket and there’s plenty of great restaurants in the neighbourhood. Long story short; great place! Definitely go 😊"

"Bhiurankot Hill Top Resort is a serene escape with stunning panoramic views, beautiful gardens, and a refreshing pool. My room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with free WiFi. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant offered delicious Local Nepali food like Sukuti, Local Chiken and gundruk. Pet-friendly, great bar with hill views, and excellent value. Perfect for relaxation away from the crowds. Highly recommended."

"Vous vivez avec une famille, sa vache, ses chèvres et ses chiens, tous très gentils! La chambre est en hauteur et donne sur la vallée et la nature environnante, baignée de manguiers licheers, papayers et babaniers avec une vue magnifique... Guna est au petit soin durant tout votre séjour et veille à ce que vous ne manquez de rien...la cuisine est bonne et copieuse. Les lits futons sont confortables ainsi que les couettes. Le village de Nuwakot est à 2h de marche (aller) et donne l'occasion d'une bonne balade. L'escalier de pierres qui y mène est magnifique ainsi que la vie villageoise...(le Durbar est en restauration et à peu d'intérêt) L'endroit est insolite, escarpé, idéal pour une immersion en pleine nature."
