"The hosts of the Sunset Desert Camp are exceptional. They made our stay amazing by taking us to the desert, farm and sharing their knowledge of Omani culture. The food they prepared was delicious and they offered fresh fruit, coffee, etc free of charge. They were very responsive before and during our stay. The facilities were excellent, with very clean toilets and showers."
"It’s probably not a didn’t like but it’s good to be aware of it before you book the Sunset Desert Camp. The camp is very near the sand dunes racing place and so it is not a deserted and very quiet camp in the middle of the desert. However, the sand dunes racing is a spectacle, and if you love it, you will love the camp. If you prefer a quieter place, you may want to contact the hosts, they might have a different option."
"Really glad to have all amenities related to washroom, water, fruits, electricity, etc. arranged by the host in the desert too. The washrooms were clean and even had a shower is needed. The host is very courteous and organised a bonfire at night for heating in the cold. There are also aesthetic and pretty comfy common sitting tent, etc. where you can sleep and observe the desert night skies. Further, when asked the host arranged for us a friendly and great driver for dune bashing adventure activity."

"Que dire !!! Une vraie pépite, un des meilleurs logement que j’ai pris dans ma vie de voyageur. Très bonne localisation proche du wadi Hawer et de Wadi bani Khalid. Le Chamet est très cocooning et surtout super bien équipé. Mr Said le propriétaire du lie est très fort sympathique et très aidant. Il est d’une hospitalité digne de ce pays, il nous a accueilli avec du café local et des dattes. En regardant de près le chalet, on voit bien qu’il est très engagé dans ce qu il fait, il l a décoré au moindre détail. Il est très bien équipé avec même un lave linge. La piscine est un plus. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dès que l’occasion se présente. Merci MR Said."

"The appartement is situated on the boulevard. It is spacious, clean, modern and well equiped. Good beds, clean bathrooms. A nice balcony with shade in the morning and evening. Balcony has seaview including dolphins in the morning. Good wifi. Perfect specialty coffee shop in the same building. Owner is very kind and helpful to make your stay complete."
