"Mon séjour a été absolument magnifique. L’accueil à la réception était chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, varié et délicieux, avec un service impeccable. Le personnel dans son ensemble est attentionné et toujours souriant. "This hotel was close to everything in town so finding dinner was not a problem. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with the option of different omelettes. The rooftop pool was small but nice and gave good views of the surrounding scenery."

"Rooms were big, with a huge window overlooking the city which was really cool. The room had AC and was needed considering the high temperatures. Breakfast and a snack is included and that was amazing, great food and service. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Swimming pool isn't big but good enough to cool yourself down, plus is located on the rooftop which has a beautiful view of the city and the mountains."

"At some point someone accused us of staling a towel? Not sure what that was about but it made my husband feel very uncomfortable and it did spoiled our stay. We looked for the towel and at the same time we could count all the towels in our room so we believe none was actually missing."

"The staff is so friendly, they always smile and everyone was very professional and helpful. It's very clean and the roof top bar has a lovely flair with all the plants. The pool is very nice. The whole design of the hotel creates a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is very good you get different options to choose from. You get complimentary water and they have a nice complimentary tea time. Beds are comfy. It's very clean everywhere."

"I should have chosen e room with aircon. The one with a fan was a bit stuffy, you only have a window in the bathroom. Good coffee is always a problem, so it was just like in every other hotel."

"The staff were unbelievably friendly and happy to go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. There is safe parking attached to the hotel and the bar that is attached also is a great touch. I really like that as a guest you have the option of a quieter evening upstairs or you can go downstairs to the bar."

"There is no elevator only stairs. Not an issue for us - but maybe for anyone with mobility issues."
