La chambre est très propre et la salle de bain impeccable. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, un merci particulier aux réceptionnistes de l’hôtel pour leur aide précieuse !"

"L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier plutôt calme avec un parc arboré en proximité immédiate. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très disponible et un veilleur est la 24h/24h. Les chambres sont bien équipées et les lits sont très confortables.Le petit déjeuner offre du sucré et salé, des jus de fruits pressés, des fruits frais et pleins d'autres choses que le personnel pourra vous proposer."

"Hotel au calme , pour 10 soles vous êtes au centre ville. Très confortable, personnel très gentil et arrangeant . Lorina qui fait le petit déjeuner est adorable. Nous sommes partis une journée pour faire le Machu pichu . Ils nous ont gardé notre chambre et voiture gratuitement . Je recommande sans hésiter."

"Honestly the best staff were had ever had in a hotel. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast, the super comfy beds, relaxing waiting rooms, lunch boxes, and how clean it was."

"Location isn't in the historic centre though only a short ride (10 soles) so it didn't bother us at all. The showers could also be a bit warmer for our preference."

"The hotel is comfortable, it is located in a residential area, far from the chaotic city center. The best part was the staff, everyone was very kind and welcoming, especially Karina, the lady the works during the Breakfast. When she heard I was sick, she prepared some breakfast for me. When she heard my mum had some diet limitations, she made some amazing food that my parents love. She was really sweet and caring, and made us feel welcome!"

"The hotel is close to a school, so there is a lot of noise in the morning, in my room, but not in my parents’s one. There were some really loud guest making a lot of noise after 11 PM and before 7 AM, with their doors wide open - the “unpolite guests” were not the hotel’s fault, but I think it should be more strict/clear about noises."

"The beds were warm, the showers amazing, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff are brilliant. The hotel is clean and has great seating areas, couches and even games to play. It’s been the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in in Peru."

"I love everything about this hotel apart from the location. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs but there is not much around. It’s a half hour walk or a taxi ride into town."
