"The owner was super nice and accommodating. Apparently, the app did not notify her with my booking. She did a lot of last minute preparations and asked someone to come over and quickly clean the place, so we have a place to stay despite the app's mishap. She responded quickly and was very very nice. Really appreciate them making our stay more convenient and comfy! Highly recommended 😊✨️"
