"Customer service experience at the front desk was fantastic. Check-in is like a breeze, you could pay either with your credit card or cash. Room was decent size overlooking main street and the mountains. Toilet was equipped with all amenities. Welcome fruit plate was a nice touch. Considering my next morning flight time, hotel staff was so kind that they arranged breakfast for me and my young boy 30 mins earlier, I thought that was really a nice thing to do."

"I could point out the cleanliness of the rooms, but from the hard look point of view the rooms are kept clean, up to the mark and very tidy - however we did spot some insect crawling in from the adjacent room. I am allowing any impact of my review on that thing, just heads up."

The driver did not have the papers of the car even when stopped by police in hunza while we were told that this car rental company is linked with the Avari brand and is fully insured etc. Thank God we did not need to find out if they were really insured or not. The driver was great but the management needs improvement. Further do bargain with them as we found out that we were charged 4000 more than what market."
