"La chambre était composée d'un lit 2 places et d'un lit canapé. Le lit canapé était très inconfortable, il ne peut pas être considéré comme un lit, le matelas n'est pas assez épais. Le personnel était à la limite de la politesse, pas de bonjour, pas de regard, 8 jours dans l'hôtel dans une complète indifférence. ( Exception pour une dame qui s'occupait du petit déjeuner qui a pris la peine de s'intéresser à nous)"

"The hotel is located in the central square of the old town. There are several interesting cafes and a canal nearby. The staff is friendly, the room is spotless, the hotel provides a bottle of water, tea and coffee. The beds are good."

"There is a church next to the hotel and they start ringing the bells very early to wake you up."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of the old town and very convenient for the canal trip. Good breakfast and clean room in a modern hotel. No restaurant but plenty of places to eat nearby. A short bus ride (about 4 stops on bus 21) from the station."

"Biggest problem is no air conditioning. When we stayed the temperature overnight was about 20 degrees and the small fan provided was not enough to keep the room cool even with the window wide open. A surprising omission in what was clearly a nearly new hotel. Also, for guests needing an accessible property, the reception is up 6 steps."

"Very nice small modern hotel with decor and quality furniture. We stayed here for two nights while cycling along the Eurovelo 10. Secure storage for bikes was provided. Great location right in the center of Elblag with numerous restaurants."

"Wonderful location. My room 101 overlooks a big square and is opposite the cathedral. any sensible person would expect bells to ring so this did not annoy me. Breakfast was good but I did not sample the cooked meals offered"
