"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"Tout était très très bien Le personnel très professionnel, très sympathique, très à l’écoute. Toujours un mot gentil. Petit déjeuner très bon, très varié, très copieux Les repas très bons. Étant venu il y a quelques années on a constaté une très grande différence dans les plats, une très grande amélioration, très fin. Félicitations au Chef et à son équipe. Le service en salle parfait, félicitations à l’équipe de salle aussi. Au bar, supers cocktails en particulier la pinacolada 👍👍merci à la très gentille barmaid que nous avons bien reconnu, trop sympathique."

j'avais demandé une chambre avec très grand lit, et nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits.......Manque de précisions pour l'adresse du site, adresse incomplète afin de trouver rapidement l'établissement

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

Grand complexe hôtelier encore en début de saison à notre arrivée. Encore quelques travaux pendant notre présence. Jolie piscine mais malheureusement trop froide à cette période ! Il y a un parking mais on ne l’a pas trouvé! L’eau chaude met plus de 10 minutes à venir !

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"La situation exptionnelle au bord d'un fjord. Le terrain en pente offre une vue dégagée. Le chalet a un balcon avec table et chaises. C'est très agréable. L'espace commun est spacieux avec un grand canapé. Nous avions accès à une petite plage et à un ponton. Ce doit être génial de venir avec son bateau."

Les draps et serviettes en sus sont toujours déceptifs quand on ne vient que pour une nuit. Le mobilier date un peu. L'intérieur est dans son jus. Les lits sont étroits et peu confortables.

"Lodge situé dans un très bel environnement. Les chambres sont modernes et très bien équipées avec une belle vue sur la forêt. Tout est très bien pensé et la décoration très "nature" est vraiment très agréable. Les repas sont également de très bonne qualité avec un bon choix de recettes locales. Nous nous étions arrêtés pour une étape d'une nuit et avons regretté de ne pas rester plus longtemps."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Situé très proche des plages, c'etait idéal pour les petites ballades du soir. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et super sympa que ce soir a la réception ou au restaurant. Les piscines de l'hôtel étaient tres agréables. Mais ce que nous avons préféré par dessus tout : la nourriture. Des produits frais, bien présentés, un menu varié et à volonté. La barre a été placée très haut !"

Le seul petit bémol mais qui n'a aps trop entaché notre séjour est que nous avions une chambre premium avec la piscine privée. Malheureusement celle ci etait en permanence à l'ombre ce qui nous a empêché d'en profiter, nous ne sommes allé que dans les piscines de l'hôtel.

La réservation des transats

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.
