"Le Personnel était adorable, accueillant, plein de bonnes intentions, disponible et attentionné. Merci. La Chambre était spacieuse. La proximité de la Mer est un plus. La Piscine (sauf week-end) Le Restaurant sur place l'Hotel bien gardé et sécurisé. Départ tardif possible. + BONUS POSITIF (possibilité de Louer une Voiture sur place à un bon Tarif, merci de la mise en relation)."

L'arrivée fut chaotique, chambre avec 1 seul lit au lieu de 2. Pas de serviettes. Tampon Hygiénique usagé dans petite culotte dans la Salle de Bain)... mais les Patrons ont tout fait ensuite pour nous arranger et ça s'est très bien terminé. L'attente au Restaurant peut être parfois très longue. Et le Centre Ville de Monrovia est assez éloigné. - NEGATIF : l'hôtel permet un accès à la piscine aux visiteurs qui paient une entrée le week-end et la Piscine est du coup totalement bondée, bruyante, quasi inaccessible.

"Superbe hôtel. Nous avons fait le choix de l'hôtel Tenir et n'avons pas été déçu. La vue est magnifique depuis le logement, l'environnement au sommet de Shymbulak est à couper le souffle. Le supervisor Constantin a aussi été d'une grande aide avant et durant le séjour. Franchement une expérience à recommander à Almaty, surtout quand il y a encore de la neige sur les sommets."

Le seul point négatif est la restauration. Il n'y a qu'une option pour manger qui est le restaurant des pistes au sommet. La nourriture n'y est pas la meilleure, mais tous les autres avantages de l'hôtel Tenir comble largement les manques.

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

"Je connais cet hôtel depuis plusieurs année quand il appartenait au groupe Hilton. Il est bon de voir que les personnes qui font le succès de cet établissement sont toujours là. Carlos et Juan Carlos, respectivement a la bagagerie et au service du restaurant donne un supplément d'âme a ce lieux magique."

Du fait que l'hôtel ait changé de main et que les chambres ne sont pas encore rafraîchies, on voit apparaître quelques petits defauts. comme le coffre fort de la chambre qui n'était pas en état de fonctionnement. Je suis sur que cela va très vite être corrigé tant cet hôtel est exceptionnel.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits, ma chambre était très confortable avec vu sur la piscine extérieur. Tout était vraiment top, la salle de sport, le spa, la piscine intérieure, de quoi bien profiter même en hiver. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est correct, j’ai mangé deux fois au restaurant et le personnel était très agréable. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le live show du vendredi soir et samedi soir, de quoi passer une excellente soirée avec de la bonne musique. Les chanteurs étaient super sympa, ils nous ont fait plaisir en chantant des chansons en français. Le personnel était vraiment super ! Certains ne parlaient ni français ni anglais mais on arrivait à se faire comprendre ! J’ai beaucoup aimé."

Je n’ai pas forcément apprécié l'emplacement, pas à cause de l'hôtel mais plus la rue pour y accéder. Un peu comme plusieurs rues à Tirana, les nids-de-poule de la chaussée... mais rien à voie avec l'hôtel, j’ai adoré l'hôtel !

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

La piscine est démodée, froide. J'avais réservé pour le rooftop et il n'y en avait pas. Les photos du rooftop sont fausses. J'avais réservé repas inclus. J'ai été au restaurant payant ou on devait déduire le forfait déjà payé, mais il n'a jamais été déduit. Ils prennent un deposit a l'arrivée.

Il y aurait pu y avoir au moins un menu ou deux en anglais. C'est pas toujours facile car seul le néerlandais et l'allemand sont disponible.

"A 30 minutes de Talinn, sur la route venant de Riga, très joli manoir au milieu d’un grand parc et face à un étang. Spa très complet et spacieux. Salons dont un avec un billard."

Le réaménagement de l’étang n’était pas précisé mais le résultat devrait être encore plus bénéfique à cette adresse.

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

Je déplore l’attente pour l’accès à la chambre à mon arrivée. Les chambres sont censées être prête à partir de 15h et j’ai eu la mienne à 16h30. Nous étions assis dans le hall et personne n’est venu nous prévenir qu’elle était enfin prête, il fallait qu’on se présente à l’accueil pour avoir les bracelet et y accéder.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"Je suis venue seule pour me resourcer et eviter un burn out, suite aux recommandations d'un ami. Le lieu est exactement comme sur les photos. Je suis restée émerveillée par le paysage, le calme de la nature, les levés et coucher de soleil. La chambre était extrêmement confortable : si le monde extérieur n'était pas si beau, j'y serais restée toute la journée. Concernant le restaurant, les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux et le chef à l'écoute. Il y a 3 options végétariennes et on peut demander des plats spéciaux, mieux équilibrés avec des protéines végétales, pour des séjours un peu long. Le personnel était vraiment adorable. La piscine était ouverte le soir, ce qui permet de se rafraîchir après le diner. Même avec la pluie de début de soirée, cet endroit est magique. Il me tarde de revenir pendant la saison des baleines. Je vais recommander à tous mes amis ☺️"

Je suis venue en basse saison. Le lieu est isolé et il n'y a pas grand choses à faire le soir, à par manger 😅 Des activités étaient prévues par l'hotel mais la semaine après mon séjour. Heureusement que j'avais amené de quoi peindre. Par ailleurs , je ne conseil pas la plage publique à côté de l'hotel. Le chemin pour y accéder est chaotique et pas vraiment sécurisé.
