Du fait que l'hôtel ait changé de main et que les chambres ne sont pas encore rafraîchies, on voit apparaître quelques petits defauts. comme le coffre fort de la chambre qui n'était pas en état de fonctionnement. Je suis sur que cela va très vite être corrigé tant cet hôtel est exceptionnel.

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

Suite à notre demande, nous avons changé de chambre car la première était côté route et le bruit du trafic , ce n'était pas acceptable ! Nous avons eu ensuite une chambre plus spacieuse et beaucoup plus calme :)

Animaux acceptés . Parking au top , devant le logement . Personnel accueillant et respectueux. Piscine ouverte très agréable pour petits, grands et même personne plus âgée (entrée en pente douce avec barrière pour se tenir)."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."
